have you measured the average power consumption of the EchoMp3 MP3 player - as hours of playback with a single battery for example. I understand that the playback time will vary depending on the music volume, music style, battery type used, etc. ...

With a Ni-Mh fully charged battery, playback time will be around around 3-4 hours.
